GLOW VILLAGE Vendor Application

Event Information:

(Please note, we are hosting two different Glow events. The event with vendors will be on Saturday, December 12th with our Pop-Up Holiday Village!)

  • Event Date: Saturday, December 12, 2026

  • Event Time: 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM

  • Vendor Setup Time: Begins at 2:00 PM (if additional time is needed, please contact us). All booths must be fully set up by 4:00 PM (event check-in begins at 4:00 PM).

  • Pricing:

    • $75 (Saturday, December 12, 2026)

Vendor Village:
The Vendor Village will be open to the public for free! This is a great opportunity to showcase your business and give shoppers a chance to purchase unique gifts and Christmas presents from local businesses. Once you are accepted as a vendor, we encourage you to share the event on your social media pages and let your customers know they can come shop with you at the Pop-Up Holiday Village!

Application Process:

  1. Complete the application form below.

  2. Provide your Camarillo Business License number. A valid Camarillo Business License is required to participate as a vendor. If you do not currently have a Camarillo Business License, please obtain one before submitting your application. For more information, visit: www.cityofcamarillo.org/business/business_tax/index.php.

  3. Applications will be reviewed, and upon approval, you will receive a QuickBooks invoice for payment.

  4. Payment must be received within five (5) business days of approval to secure your booth.

Important Notes for Vendors:

  • Booth Size: Each vendor space is 10 feet x 10 feet. Corner and end spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis for an additional $50 fee.

    Water & Electricity: Water is not supplied, and electricity is limited. Quiet generators are permitted but must not disrupt other vendors.

  • Internet Access: No guest Wi-Fi is available. Vendors are strongly encouraged to bring their own hotspot for online transactions.

  • Equipment: Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tents, tables, chairs, display stands, signage, and other necessary materials.

  • Vehicles: Vehicles must be unloaded promptly, unhitched, and parked in designated areas by 4:00 PM.

  • Merchandise Sales: Vendors are fully responsible for handling their sales, including providing their own point-of-sale system.

Refund Policy:

  • All payments are final. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or inclement weather.

Additional Guidelines:

  • Vendors must ensure their booths are presentable and safe throughout the event.

  • All trash and materials must be removed by the vendor at the end of the event.

Do you have general liability insurance? Note that you will need to get a policy with a minimum of $1M of coverage with both Pleasant Valley School District and Camarillo Merchant Association named as also insured.
